Makers + Museums = Love

Date: Friday 9 December 2016, from 6PM to 8PM (GMT+1)

Hashtag: #wamwebinar

This is a live-webinar, register and we will send you the Youtube/Google Hangout link before we start

For this live-webinar we are joined by some pioneers of the maker movement in museums. Don Undeen founded the Metropolitan Museum of Art MediaLab, and Marilyne Barisic, co-leader of Museomix Midi. Museomix is the first international cultural makeathon which started in 2011 in France and has now gone global.

By joining the live-webinar, you will learn more about the founding principles of the maker movement, from the first stages in the museum world to today’s challenges. It’s an ideal way to join the conversation and gather fundamentals before your start your own maker-centric project.
