Joel has an extensive background in the online world, starting in 1998 online advertising in the BeNeLux and UK markets. After receiving his Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, he joined Google UK & NL’s sales teams, focusing on retail clients. He has also worked in several of Google’s product teams across Europe and the US to launch ads products for Europe and train Google Europe’s new hires. After Google, Joel founded Kremer Consulting, specialising in helping off/online companies in activating/accelerating their online business and is a frequent keynote speaker and delivers sales masterclasses for big tech companies all over the world. He has over 18-years’ experience in the online industry, including marketing, implementation, and analytics. Joel has been responsible for managing the Kremer Collection since 2014 and has initiated the VR Museum and the Mighty Masters kids programme.
Bringing the Museum to the People
In October 2017, at Sotheby’s New York, the Kremer Collection announced the launch of the Kremer Museum, an innovative new concept that combines cutting-edge technology with world-class masterpieces. Designed by architect Johan van Lierop, Founder of Architales and th Principal at Studio Libeskind, the museum will feature over 70 17 Century Dutch and Flemish Old Master paintings from the Collection and will be accessible exclusively through Virtual Reality (VR) technology. In this session Joel Kremer will show how the ideas and the museum were developed and what the vision is for the future.
